These terms apply when you use RankMyHand. They're short, and meant to be read.
Who we are
RankMyHand (www.rankmyhand.com) is run by Sulefa OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. You can write to us at kristo.palo@gmail.com.
What RankMyHand is
A place to learn Texas Hold'em: guides, drills that explain every answer, and tools such as the hand analyzer. It's for learning only. Nothing here is played for money, we never offer or promote real-money gambling, and nothing on the site is advice to gamble.
Who can use it
RankMyHand is meant for adults, 18 and over. Stage 1 and the tools work without an account.
Accounts
A free account keeps your rank and progress on every device. One account per person: sign in with Google or with a link we email you, and keep access to that Google account or inbox to yourself, since anyone who has it can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time on your account page. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Using it fairly
Use RankMyHand for your own learning. Please don't:
- copy the content or the drills in bulk, scrape the site, or call our server in a loop (it limits requests for this reason);
- try to break or overload the site, or get around its limits and protections;
- use it to break the law or to harm anyone.
We may block access that does any of these.
Our content
The guides, drills, explanations, designs and code belong to Sulefa OÜ or are used with permission. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote a short part with a link back. Anything more needs our written permission.
Accuracy
We work out every odds figure exactly and check our explanations, but mistakes can still slip in. RankMyHand is provided as it is, without guarantees, and the decisions you make at a real table are your own.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ads and links
Some pages may show ads, marked “Advertisements”, and links to other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Paid features
Pro isn't on sale yet. Before it is, its terms (the price, renewals, cancelling and refunds) will be added here.
Your data
The privacy policy says what we collect and what you can ask of us.
Changes
We may change the site and these terms. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and disputes go to the courts of Estonia. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law where you live, and can bring a claim there.
